Has anyone heard anything good or bad about the GTR 150cc by CPI so far all I can find at MRP is a pipe designed specificly for the GTR 150. I read somewhere the it has a modified version of a GY6 motor that is liquid cooled.

While I can't say I have, the dealer I bought my KYMCo sells them, and if you'd like, I'll give you her contact info, I guarantee you'll get an honest opinion on them from her, she's somewhat well off, putting her in a position where she's more capable of picking and choosing what to sell, and what she wants to sell is any product that when the customer buys it, she won't see them again until scheduled maintenance, they want to hang out, or they bring a friend in to buy another. I think that and the fact that she sells them tells you all you need to know about the quality, no?

I'm somewhat familiar with this bike. It is sort of a cross between a scooter and a motorcycle. Fully automatic with CVT transmission. It really caught my eye at the Dealer Expo in Indy. My buddy Dennis from cbxman sells them and has a pretty high opinion of them....at least the last time I talked to him. CPI is known for quality. www.cbxmanmotorcycles.com/default.aspx?affid=5I'll bet you could give them a shout and they could answer all your questions. Honest shop, no pressure.

Thanks for the input guys I found this review / discription you might want to read and I also found that CPI is already in the process of developing a 250cc GTR www.heeters.com/CPI.shtml

Just out of curiosity ... do they actually call that a scooter ? Kinda, she'll admit that mechanically its a scooter, auto trans, etc, but what's important is what does it look like, and that's a sport bike. And let me tell you, I was over there today, and that is one fine looking machine, just not practical enough for me, so I'll stay with my scoot.
