Can someone tell me where the vacuum line that is connected to the valve cover connects to ? It looks like it was connected to something.

First off.....the breather hose from the valve cover is not a vacuum line. It's simply a rubber hose that vents the crank case.
On my 50 and 150, the hose attaches to the air filter housing, so some of the crankcase fumes are sucked back into the intake.

Thanks, That's what I thought, there is a connector on my intake, I was having a hard time getting it on so I wasn't sure that was the spot.

It should go to the air box near where the oil purge tube comes out. This tube vents pressure and oil from the valve cover which then needs to be drained from the purge tube at every oil change. With the line disconnected you can end up with a pretty messy engine compartment as oil could end up spraying all over.
