It's a 2008 shenke 150cc sport.
I replaced the battery, starter relay, and starter motor. I just replaced the starter motor this morning and now the scooter starts but the scooter wont turn off, it sounds like its going at full speed and the cut off switch didn't work. I took the keys out and it was still going.
I had to take a screw driver and take off the connections to the battery manually.
The other (maybe) contributing factor is the throttle cable broke and I had to replace it. The cable I replaced it with may be to small and making it tight, which would explain why it's giving it full gas, only i don't think the wheel was spinning.
I'm a bit too scared to start it again to see what happens. Don't want to have to use a screw driver to stop it again.
It's negative wire to negative and postive and ground wire to positive. The ground wire is frayed but re-wired and taped up.
There's a mechanic that offered to take a look at it but they wont 100 to tow and 70 an hour to repair and I just don't have the money yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

The black and white wire coming out of the CDI is the kill wire. When it gets grounded it kills the engine. It could be disconnect somewhere before it reaches the kill switch or key switch, or it's possible that either of these switches have a bad connection going to ground. In an emergency you can just tap into this wire and touch it to any bare metal ground. Don't worry it's low voltage and there's nothing that can get damaged.
Ground wire to positive? Ground should go on negative side. I have two positive wires on my scoot. One is for the starter, the other is for general electrical, lights etc. So, I have two wires connected to positive and one to negative. The two positive wires are red, the one negative wire is black. That's pretty standard 12 volt wiring.

marklorenzi: I just bought one of the Fleetwoods. They look like a clone of the Honda XRM's they sell overseas. It is in transit now and I should get it this week. I will try to post my experience here. Call me the guinea pig hahaha.
