And they said it couldn't be done....I always said nothing is impossible all time and money. I remember back in the late 90s when they said 26 couldn't fit on slammed anything. I love progress! I want this yesterday! I think I would rather have the more rounded tire though seems like I would be able to corner better. Anyone from nc knows the roads are know where near straight and shoulders can get narrow. As is on stock platform I ride 20 miles to work it takes 40 minutes, lots of hills, I need this. Is this available now and what info is needed to get started? Good work guys keep it up.

The conversion is available in a regular rear wheel or a fat tire kit. The regular wheel conversion is a lot cheaper.

the conversion kit for a regular rear wheel is $525
The conversion kits are set up for the long case motr, so you can run a 12" or 13" rear wheel.

Does $525 include the motor and everything you need to make it run?

Not trying to knock anyone's prices but it is a little on the high side IMO also.

Yeah true some people want a tricked out 50cc with a 150cc motor because anybody can just go buy a 150cc. They want something wild and unique, and as long as you use the standard tire size one you may be able to keep people thinking it's still a 50cc. So no M/C endorsement needed depending on how the cops are in your area. But that fat tire conversion would stand out and I think you might get some unwanted attention from the cops!!! ;D

Agreed. However take a look at the Ruckus swap kits and the mounts for those are in the $400s and thats to swap a motor into a more expensive $1500 machine. When your selling a swap kit for a $750 scooter at $525 and then having to buy another $400 in parts it starts to get into that gray area of is it worth it.
I wish MonsterGY6 loads of success and mad props to them for developing a kit like this it has been needed for quite some time. I just feel if the price was to come down to say $400 in line with most other swap kits on the market they may see a larger market open up.

Very true Jeremy, maybe they have to recoup some R&D cost first, then the price will come down later.

next question would be, can you get it anyplace else, and if so what do they charge.

Hi guys, just wanted to comment on the price of this mounting kit, trust me, I had many late nights trying to figure out how I can get the price down. The problem is that it is not a part that is mass produced, there is a ton of engineering and time in there to produce it.
I will make a promise, that if I am able to lower the cost, I will pass that on to the consumer. Ideally I would like to have it sell for somewhere around $295 -$350
The Ruckus mounts vary in price between $425 - $600 just for the mount. My Fatty kit sells for $1195 and the Ruckus Fatty kits are close to and some are over $2000.
I know in these tough times it is quite an investment, however I am working on some stuff for this year to offer some very good deals on our performance products.
I appreciate all your input, and thanks again for supporting us on this project, we need to grow the custom, tricked out, side of the Chinese Scooter industry.

www.mbe-motorsports.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/20/products_id/270Think one of these would bolt on? This would be FUN!!! or Dangerous It's apparently a 150cc bolt on GY6 replacement engine AFAIK (I could be wrong) Found the link on another forum but, if one had the cash this could be the heart of one hell of a project bike. 50cc to 150cc fat tire conversion kit with a 230cc engine? Now that is custom baby!!! ;D I want one!!!!

It won't be a big deal to do, just add another shock mount and a swing arm.
I like personally like the single sided swing arm clean look.

It's funny, I don't have any registration plates on mine at the moment, and I blow by the cops at 65-70mph and all they do is give me a thumbs up when they see my scoot, it is hilarious. Check the 9" stretch on my custom scoot. All i have to say about this is.............. HOLY SHHHHHHII****************
