I am interested in deleting the emissions device on the GY6.
Can you simply plug up both ends of the silver tube on the head and call it good?
Is there a picture tutorial on how to do this? I searched but with no luck.
Thank you,

Touchy subject...
What are you talking about the PAIR (Pulsed Air Injection Reed) system?
or the EGR that runs from the valve cover?
If you plug the ERG, it will build pressure in the oil system and could blow your gaskets and seals. Some people simple buy and install a non ERG valve cover, that have a breather hose to a catch can.
I would leave it if you have vehicle emission inspections in your area.

What's the thought on the PAIR system. PS. I already know about the emission laws.

PAIR System.
I do not have to do any emissions inspections in my state (thankfully! They should see my truck ;D)
As of now I took the canister out and just pinched the vacuum line and the air line going to the reed block.
Any other solutions?

I just removed mine totally. It was very weird.
Rather than a vacuum line to open the air valve they used a solenoid valve running off a second CDI!!!
The solenoid valve made a continuous 'clacking' sound that drove me crazy. The intake air ran through a large fuel filter into the solenoid valve and from there into the intake manifold, with a 3/8" hose.
Taking it off didn't seem to make any difference good or bad to the engine's performance...just reduced the noise...

I took off the metal tube and put a screw with teflon on it back in the reed port. Then I cut a piece of steel and drilled it to cover the exhaust port hole where the other end of the silver tube went. Less problems and no leaks now!
