I have a deleted airbox right now. I dont want that airbox and restrictor on my scooter ever again. So, you think a 60 drill bit will do it for me? where can I get one? I have been to the local parts stores and all of their bits are way too big.

Yeah, a #60 drill bit will do it for you, but you need to drill smooth and straight. Any real hardware store should be able to sell you the bit. I'm assuming you know how to get to your main jet. It worked for me and it has worked for others; although, I will repeat that I've been chastised for suggesting it. It's just a hole through a piece of brass. Some guy said that it's like performing brain surgery with a pick-axe....but as an old machinist, I say it's like drilling a hole with a drill bit. Go for it. I'm not resposible if you bugger it up though!

I would suggest that you at least use a drill press and not try to drill with a hand drill. Find a way to hold the jet correctly and center it up well with the hole.
