Hey guys, new to the forum and scooters alike but a veteran rider. I just bought a used 07 agility for city scootin' and was wondering if there was anything people like to do to them to give them more "umph". I realize it's a 125cc scooter and already goes up to 60mph. However, would I see any real gains in power/acceleration with a simple mod such as an exhaust or variator/new rollers? Thanks in advance.
I have an Agility 125. I installed a Dr. Pulley variator and clutch, Unifilter, and MRP performance exhaust(had to cut and reweld it so it would fit, they might have an exhaust that fits now). Re-jetted the carb also I have played around with the weights, currently using 12g with a 1500 torque spring. Acceleration was improved as was top speed.

No...the best mod is more displacement, better head etc. Best bang for the buck...
Tuning the variator and cluck will get the bike to be more responsive and may increase your top end a few MPH, but for more real power more displacement...
My feeling is that messing with the carb and intake and exhaust may get a bit more power but it also causes a host of problems for many people that have a limited knowledge of engines and how to tune them correctly.
Check out this mod for your scooter. Need some machining of the case however...
Increasing displacement is the best mod. I installed a 58.5 cylinder, after all the above mentioned. Though not a huge change in displacement the increase in power was very noticeable. Very worth the money spent. I purchased from the Autotech guy on ebay. He knows about the Agility and how it differs from other GY6 variants.

marklorenzi: I just bought one of the Fleetwoods. They look like a clone of the Honda XRM's they sell overseas. It is in transit now and I should get it this week. I will try to post my experience here. Call me the guinea pig hahaha.
