About kit quality,I think it is very good,ports are smooth and sharp 'as cast'.We have sooo many clones out there,I think its impossible to have 1 kit that will fit all perfectly..Perhaps there are slightly different rod lengths in all these copies that would account for the froggy squish dimensions.From a design standpoint a bit more squish clearence is better than a piston crashing into a head,then POed buyers would scream!

As I said earlier,the silencer core is some perf sheet I got from a dumpster behind a friends machine shop.I've used old clothes dryer drums for the perf sheet too.Can be purchased at industrial supply stores,but I like the free stuff!
