Where would I get a new light bulb for my taillight? Does it have 2 filaments?

It's probably a standard automotive type bulb. Does it have a metal base with two pins, and two contacts on the bottom? That's an 1157 bulb.

First, take the bulb out and look for the number. Then go to Auto Zone/Advance auto part/NAPA/ Walmart. Your scooter model is different than others so check the bulb's number first. If there's no number, bring the bulb to the auto store and ask for the same size (make sure it's 12 volt).
For reference: (may not the same as yours)
1 Brake Light OEM: P21/5W 12V (299) Replacement: Walmart's Standard P21/5W (7528) at 2.78$ for 2 bulbs.
2 Front + 2 Rear Signals OEM: R10W 12V (282) Replacement: Walmart's Standard 67/BP2 at 1.47$ for 2 bulbs.

Any automotive 1157 tailight bulb with two filaments should work OK. 1156 bulbs on the turn signals.
Many of us put in LED lights instead.
