"Spark Plug"
NGK CR7HSA is a replacement for OEM A7RCT which is listed in my JMstar 150cc owners manual. Available at any motorcycle shop. NGK CR7HIX is the Iridium part number.(Not commonly sold even in motorcycle shops)
As far as locating your spark plug on the bike...from the top looking down if the front of your engine is 12 O'clock then the spark plug is at 2 O'Clock on the side of the engine. If you are under the bike looking up then the spark plug is at 10 O'Clock.

Even though most of these scooters are supposed to be clones of Honda or Yamaha engines, the motorcycle shops carry a 12mm plug which works in the Honda 150 and not in the 150 clone engine which is tapped for 10mm plug(CR7HSA or CR7HIX). The Ngk sparkplug code is a C for 10mm and I thinks its a D for 12mm.
Here in Corpus Christi, I ran into the same situtaion no CR7HIX plugs to be had at any of the motorcycle shops. Two places were willing to order them, one place was an older motorcycle repair shop call Southern Cycles and the other was a motorcycle accessories shop called Dynamo. Southern Cycles said, "they would order me a box of 4 if I promised to come back and buy 1 plug."
