Fantastic degreaser and works wonders on grimey old engines! Just get a LOT of paper towels!
Interesting effect on brake discs though...
Basically they make your brakes lose maybe 60% of their frictional potential. It comes back after a week (along with the squeaking I had beforehand) but I thought it was odd and felt like passing it on!

It's my favorite degreaser and the only thing that will get my gas grill clean. And luckily it's biodegradable too.

Fantastic degreaser and works wonders on grimey old engines! Just get a LOT of paper towels! "Cleaning Tip: For home vehicle washing or exterior home cleaning, allow the used Simple Green/water mixture to fall onto the ground or grass. When done cleaning, "water-in" any standing puddles of Simple Green. The non-toxic formula won´t harm grass, plants, shrubs or trees ~ and the natural bacteria in the soil will consume the hydrocarbons [grease & oils] that come off in the rinse." . . source

I love this stuff. It works great. BUT be carefull on some aluminum surfaces.. my friend used it to clean up a valve cover and it turned it WHITISH in color.. He had to paint the cover to get rid of it.
For grease and oil it works great.. also as a hand cleaner.. a few sprays on the hands, rub in some pumice with it.. rinse with water. Easy and cleaned without poisonous stufff on your hands.

Yup, Simple Green will oxidize aluminium, but most of the aluminum of scooter is anodized..
