Well live and learn. I will never to business with this one again. Scooter came in a reasonable amount of time. But the so called warrantee is worthless from what I can tell. Took over 3 weeks of emails and calls to finally get Right master cylinder and a cable that goes from seat latch to the release. Then I get it and What a freaking JOKE. Not new parts USED parts. cable no big deal but the Piece of crap they sent for a master cylinder was corroded and all the rubber in it was cracked like it had been on a scooter sitting out in the weather for years. Lucky I was at least able to use the spring out of it that I needed to fix the bad one I had on my scooter.
Then last week I get a flat on my scooter take a look at the tires and find that in the treads the tires are weather cracked and the tire is leaking from at least 2 spots. I send them 3 emails finally get a response back that says tires are not covered. WTF. IT IS brand new how can they not be covered?
I know its a Chinese scooter so I was well aware of the issues I could run into but this little stuff should not cost me money to replace. so for this I WILL not buy from them again. But I will definitly ADVERTISE for them just like I am doing right now.

Your scoot is made by one of the three scooter companies of the Jonway Group. www.jonwayusa.com/English/about.aspJonwayusa is trying hard to build their reputation. Who knows, maybe contacting them might prove worthwhile. Hope it works out for you.

Good luck! Took me almost 1 year to get the parts I ordered from them. Spent about $4,000 and got about $1,000 worth of parts then about 8 months later got another $1,000 worth of parts from them and am still waiting to get the rest of my parts as I write this. Would not hold my breath waiting for them to send anything. This is why we no longer buy from them. We use 3 different manufacturers for our scooters and get 100% of the parts from them that we need to honor our warranties. We stock every part for every scooter that we sell.

Wow, good ole Rony is still a crook?... so hard to believe.. Damin, wish you had read about them here before ordering.. We have had several good threads about their business tactics (I also learned the hard way)... Happy scooting.. Dave

I bought a Tank 250DE from them some time ago with no hassles, although the throttle cable that needed replacing was not an exact match replacement. it worked, so 4 out of 5 stars.
Again, no problems with them and they were working hard to earn back that reputation - is their CSR still there? I forget her name.

I bought mine from them , mine was the roadrunner rr150tx something. There only problem was that it takes a day or two before they reply but otherwise everything went well. Although at the moment my bike is in pieces, but that has more to do with my need to learn about the engine as much as possible. I saw an oil leak and BAM!!! time to take it apart:)
