I finally got my ruckus job done i used an extra base gasket 100cc kit but it seems slow faster than it was before but way slower than my scoot even though i have alot other mods it has a stock air box the guy drilled holes in and stock exhaust the guy drilled on also would the extra gasket make it slower or is it the exhaust and the airbox?

Well if you drilled holes in the airbox without up jetting then yes that would make the scooter slow and lean which can cause damage to the motor if you let more air in you have to let me fuel in and with them being lean already it would be really bad now

alright will that kills that idea, i know a extra gasket will lower your compression but i dont know if would make a big difference in power, i had a gy6 scooter were i had to do that 2 gaskets cause i had to much compression but not sure how scooter would act with not enough compression

it runs good just seems too slow compared to the other kits ive done thinking it was the airbox and exhaust making it slow

It is not the compression to be concerned about, it is the compression ratio. Adding a second gasket increases the volume of the combustion chamber, so the fuel air mixture is not compressed as much. This causes a less intense burning of fuel, less power, less wear, less stress.
