Well after a failed factory pipe two failed attempts with Ebay exhaust and my Failed warranty replacement. I finally dropped some cash on a pipe from Scooter Element. I could have bought this pipe with the money already spent on the other failures. Oh well live and learn. Hope you enjoy the pics and my idea for the muffler hanger. I used 8m threaded rod and metric couplers to add strength and give myself a lined up hole to bolt the muffler hanger, and a small piece of angle iron. Enjoy The failed pipe The new pipe Close up of the mount My future scooter enthusiast The beauty shot

I haven't removed the trap to see how loud it can be because I don't want to rejet higher then a 115 but it's is a really nice monotone sound. Not to loud but more motor cycle sounding then the soft exhaust of a scooter. Also when your riding you can hear the change in the sound of the engine as the variator shifts up and down. Been in for a week and I really like it.

Looks good! Did you notice any performance difference or does it feel about the same as stock? My exhaust has a rattle to it coming from inside the muffler (loose baffle I think) and I was debating on replacing it.

Can you post video how she sound and maybe a video while you riding?

The first pic shows an expansion chamber for a 2 stroke motor? ?.The last pic exhaust is very similar to the one I have on my 150 but mine is all open.No drilled holes at all.A Ducati like sound.

With the Uni Filter and Proper jetting there is a considerable difference in take off. You really feel the bike pull, and top mph increased by 2 or 3 mph. If I compare it to the eBay high flow crap then no its the same. My last Ebay exhaust had a rattle in it and at WOT a baffle broke loose inside and the insulation material got stuck in the tail pipe. That pipe was 90 days old. I'm lucky I didn't blow my engine right there. With this pipe you can just tell it's made with quality.

Yes with this set up I run a 115 jet. Stock was a 105. I will see about posting a video with sound.

Yeah I know that was the stock exhaust with this bike, when it cracked in the first month of owning it the dealer after about 8 months of calls and emails sent me another one, and just like the first one cracked in a month. This new exhaust has that removable trap (aka. silencer) I like having a bit of restriction mostly to keep the noise down. I had a shorty pipe from kingstarscooter off ebay. It was an okay pipe never broke but it just got to be so loud and I had to jet up to a 130 to keep me running right. Turned my scoot into a gas hog.
