Did you happen to take the NEEDLE GUIDE OUT you may have put that in backwards. The Guide the longer part goes in first and it shuld stick out about 1/8 into the Venturi.

Well I still say your flooding the sh!t out of it. People put in big ass jets thinking more power but what happens is to much fuel and your power goes down quite a bit.

Actually running LEAN makes more power but you have to be right on the edge so you don't burn up the motor.

well i went out and bummed a spare motor off my friend and slapped on all the parts i have including carb and it started right up and it flys i put the 115 main jet back in it and not an issue so i think it has something to do with the cvt

Performance free flow exhaust (baffle out) hehe
Ngk spark plug 115 main jet race clutch bell and race cvt kit till the race clutch croaked.
Top speed gps 68 still had some left

Weigh the stock rollers. I have a 150 it has 14g stock rollers. I tried replacing them with 10s. My scoot ran like a 50. I was real bummed.

its not weights seems like cvt gears are slipped
