got charge for parts on 3/3/10 received parts on 3/5/10 I think you are getting a little slow John the years are catching up to you.you only had to ship it from GEORGIA to Ohio (LOL) just want to say thanks and very fast on shipping. I wish you a great day.

i just placed my first order with John and received the parts in 2-3 days .. i was surprised when the big brown truck showed up ... packing could have been a little better as some of items fell of their separate boxes . i will be buying from John again and may scooters from him soon ... still searching for that killer deal

I bought 2 scooters fron John in March...an Allegro and Cassinni. Got them literally shipped to my garage in 5 days...they were perfect not a scratch. The PDI on the Allegro was a challenge....it would not start. I can be a pain, and I was a big one to John. But he answered all my calls and e-mails with patience. Finally he shipped a new carb and CDI wire harness. Easy installation....and the Allegro runs great. The Cassinni PDI was fast and smooth. A beautiful scoot that is built with quality all over. John could teach customer service.... and when he advertizes a quality product, he means those words. Only 200 miles so far, but "thanks John".  |

Sure do. It varies based on what you are buying since my cost varies for everything. (EX: I may have a great source for belts and be able to give a 40% discount on those vs my competitor but they may have a better sources for carbs so I may only be able to offer 20% on those) When it comes to scooters we offer a nice discount and it will vary also based on how far we have to ship the scooter. Obviously the closer you are to our Jacksonville FL warehouse the better discount I can offer.
