what size weight should i use for 100cc kit 83cc i have 4.5 in now worked great when it was a 50cc should i go up in weight now im almost 200lbs

Definitely, I noticed my bike runs much better with 5g weights in now instead of 4.5g and thats with a 72cc kit, so you should probably go to 5/5.5/6 grams. But it really just depends if you hear your engine revving too high thats how you know if you need heavier weights.

a bbk will change the torque curve so it generates its peak torque at a lower rpm. ive been running 6.5 gram for almost 20k miles and they seem to fit the bbk well.

I'm running 8g rollers on my 100cc kit... Runs alot better than the 6g sliders..

I did.. It ran ok with the 6g but a ton better with the 8g

how much you weigh was thinking 7gram since i weigh almost 200lbs

I weigh right at 200lbs also.. Mine ran amazing with 6g before the bbk.. I'm thinking about getting 9g sliders, for it now

maybe.. I have the hoca variator.. I'm thinking about going to 10gram sliders, or 9g sliders.. Haven't made up my mind yet..

i had 6g ones.. im about 160, rode great! lost about 5mph total tho from the 8g weights.. i was shooting off the front line tho, which is what i prefer.. acceleration over a top speed.. its all preference tho i guess.
