 WTFF help weridd ISSUE on carb BOLTS! (up jettin)

;D omg. so im trying to up jet my carb on my stock 139qmb and i noticed that my Carb has like werid glued in bolts holding the under bulb together. So basically i cant open the carb up to swich out the jets. AND IM DOING A 80 CC BUILD!! WTFFFF help has anyone seen this before? what do i do besides a new carb? Yes i DID do MY RESEARCH ALSO!!! (am i looking at the right spot)

probably a sealed carb. a lot of them come like that.

Yep, also your carb has the Fuel Ratio Mixture screw plugged, so get an aftermarket carb witht eh fuel ratio screw and screws on the bowl so you can change out the jets.

What so i cnt rule a stock carb with a upped jet?? how do i unseal it?

They'll be difficult and you're still better off buying a new carb and up jetting that one. The stock anti tamper carbs are really tough to get access to everything. You'll have to get around the float bowl screws which if you don't end up chewing them up while removing them you'll probably mess them up reinstalling them unless you buy new screws. Then you'll also have to deal with the plugged and or loc-tited idle mixture screw, same thing there.

New carb is $40 shipped on ebay.

I did manage to get the tamper-proof screws out of my carb, but the tip of the bolt extractor I used to get them out broke off in the last one. Also the screws that aren't tamper-proof are screwed in real good and are very poor quality and strip very easily.

Also the idle mix screw did have a small brass plug on it, but you can easily drill that out or get the tip of a screw in the plug and pull it out.
