I do not know for certain, but I have the feeling that the motor mounts are slightly different. I have heard of Ruckus owners who put a 139QMB on their scooter and mentioned doing motor mount work. You can ask on a Ruckus website for any that have swapped on a 139QMB and listen to what they needed to do. You need to do the reverse of that, obviously.

The Honda Ruckus has a liquid-cooled 50cc engine - very dificult to fit into a 139qmb
