Looks good. but it appears to be a clamp on type like my GY6 150 uses. So I am not sure how much trouble it would take to fabricate a mount for a 250 to use it .

I just received this exhaust for my 2007 Roketa Bali 250 yesterday thinking my Midas shop can put it on for me and they told me it's too complicated. They said the same thing earlwb said, you would have to fabricate a custom mount. I don't want to spend a fortune trying to custom mount this thing. Anyone have any good idea how or where I might be able to get this exhaust installed? Also, looks like if I can get this exhaust installed somehow, it will stick out in the back about 4 to six inches. I was thinking maybe I'm better off returning this exhaust and getting a different one that will be easier to install but unless someone sells an exhaust specifically for my Bali 250, wouldn't I end up having to do a custom install anyways?
Thanks in advance.

TK, Thanks for the link. The one on ebay looks like it's a direct bolt on and I won't have to go through all the trouble. I almost bought the exhaust after seeing your link but I just remember that my stock exhaust has this extra manifold coming off the main main exhaust pipe to the muffler which has a rectangular aluminum thing with a hose attached to it. I traced the hose and it connects to a plastic white t valve that is attached to the air intake manifold. Is this piece necessary or can I just cap that hose off? I know some of the older models of my bike did not have this extra piece attached to the stock exhaust. If I don't need this piece, than I will buy the exhaust on ebay. Thanks in advance.

Looks like an EGR valve device used on emission equipped autos.
Capping off will give more "polution" but better performance as your intake is now all air and not burnt exhaust gasses mixed in...

The extra manifold is kinda new. My original Bali muffler didin't have it, and the first replacement muffler I got from Roketa about 18 months ago didn't have it, but the second replacement muffler I got from Roketa maybe 3 months ago did.
The roketa mufflers are only $70 but they do fall apart. Maybe that Helix muffler will be better.

I just ordered the exhaust system from ebay. I'll be returning the one from partsforscooters.com. Hopefully they won't charge me the 20% restocking fee.
So far, I've changed out all of the fluids, changed out the broken odometer, replaced the fuel lines, replaced the fuel filter, replaced stock fuel pump to Mikuni DF52-21, replaced the spark plug to NGK iridium, took out the air box and installed UNI air intake foam. I should be receiving my LED lights hopefully by tomorrow. I still need to change out the vacuum/air tubes, change out the valve stems, change out the jets after I put on the exhaust system on order. I also need to figure out how to install Sigma BC906 but can't find a good place on the front rim.
I can't believe how much I've learned from this forum within the last 2 1/2 weeks. This is a great site.
Still so many upgrades, so little time and money.

TK This works in the reverse of the EGR valves. This draws air into the exhaust to burn unburnt gasses. You will see no improvement in performance, except the miniscule power to weight ratio increase from removing the bits. Have a safe ride

Man, i wonder if that would be difficult to mount to my MC54.... I have no problems with my exhaust system, but would like a deeper sound.

Looks great! Stainless oughta last a while too. Looks like it covers the oil drain though.

New stainless exhaust sure looks great, can you tell if your performance is any better than stock??
Looking for a less expensive exhaust muffler replacement for the 244 cc helix clones, don't care for the OEM stock unit as it is soooo heavy and the bottom bracket keeps breaking off.
Would love to get that same fancy chrome exhaust in a standard non-chromed edition for less $$.
Anyone have any other good, quiet exhaust conversions for the Helix clone motors?
